Northern Illinois University Athletics

2021-22: Participated in seven tournaments and 20 rounds for the Huskies through the 2021-22 season. Had the second-lowest stroke average on the team (77) and captured a season-low score of 73 in round one of the Redbird Spring Invitational (April 8-9) in which she finished tied for fourth place as an individual. Her other top-5 finish of the year came at the Mid-American Championships (April 22-24) where she carded an 11-over par 227 with rounds of 76-77-74. She tied for fifth and earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team for her efforts. Helped the team secure a top-3 finish at the Colonel Classic (April 4-5) with a nine-over par 225 after posting scores of 75-76-74 at the University Club at Arlington course. 2022 MAC Championships All-Tournament Team member. Earned Academic All-MAC honors for the third time.    

Spring 2021: One of three Huskies in the line-up in all seven tournaments in 2021. Averaged a career low 76.05 strokes per round, lowering her previous season best by more than a stroke. Posted three Top-10 finishes, including 10th at the MAC Championships (April 24-25) where she shot 15-over 231 after opening the tournament with a 74. Tied for eighth at the season-opening Mid-American Challenge (Feb. 8-9) with rounds of 72-72-73 for a career-low one-over par 217. Tied for ninth at the Redbird Spring Invitational (April 9-10) to help NIU to the tournament win. Recorded eight rounds of 74 or lower among her 20 with just two over 80. Opened the Kiawah Island Classic (Feb. 28-March 2) with rounds of 74-73 en route to a top-30 finish in the 41-team field. All tournaments were played in the spring due to COVID-19. Earned Academic All-MAC honors for the second time.

2019-20: Played 12 rounds in four tournaments as a junior, including the BYU at Entrada Classic (March 9-10) as an individual. Recorded 11 scores between 77 and 81 on the year for a scoring average of 80.25. Carded a low round of 77 at the season-opening Redbird Invitational (Sept. 8-9) and in the final round of the season at the BYU Classic. Tied for 45^th at the Mary Fossum Invitational (Sept. 22-23) at Michigan State for her best finish of the season. Posted her lowest 54-hole score of 236 at the Redbird Invitational.

2018-19: In the Huskie line-up for 10 of 12 tournaments on the season…Compiled a stroke average of 77.6 in 28 rounds…Shot her low round of even par 72 twice – at The Johnie Imes and at the UC Irvine Invitational…Carded her best finish, and lowest 54-hole score in the season-opening Redbird Invitational with a 223 to tie for seventh…Had a pair of Top 20 finishes…Had nine rounds of 75 or lower on the season.

2017-18: Averaged a score of 78.1 while competing in nine tournaments as a freshman … Earned four Top-20 finishes on the season … Helped NIU to a win at the Redbird Invitational by finishing a season-best tied for 10th with a score of 229 (80-76-73) … Fired a season-low 71 for a 54-hole best of 221 to lead NIU with a tie for 12th at the Cardinal Classic … Shot a 236 (78-80-78) and finished tied for 28th at the Mary Fossum Invitational …  NIU’s top player at the MAC Match Play events where she went undefeated in three matches … Posted her third top-20 finish at the Battle at Boulder Creek with a 234 (80-75-79) … Registered a Top 20 finish (19^th) at the Bradley Spring Invitational with a 238 (80-83-75) … A part of the NIU quintet that totaled the second-lowest team score in NIU history with an 891 at the Little Rock/Arkansas State Invitational. 

Prior to NIU: The Under-15 Paraguayan Champion in 2014… Runner-up at the AJGA Preview at Innisbrook Country Club (Fla.)  in April 2016… Runner-up at the FCWT Tour Championship at PGA National in May 2016…Attended the Gary Gilchrist Academy in Clermont, Fla… Named to the Academic Honor Roll through her studies at Montverde Academy.

Personal: Daughter of Mabel Riart and José Eduardo Gomez Enriquez ... Represented Paraguay at the 18th Annual Bolivarian Games in Cali, Colombia in November 2017. An accountancy major. Celebrates her birthday on August 18th.
