2020: After sitting out the first meet of the season, competed in exhibition or lineup on uneven parallel bars in next eight meets. Earned a career-high mark of 9.800 on bars versus SEMO to tie for third place. Posted 9.750 scores at George Washington Quad Meet (2-23) and versus Ball State (3-1). Scored a 9.725 or higher in six of her eight meets, including during a four-meet stretch from Feb. 7 to March 1. Debuted an exhibition beam routine against Ball State. Earned Academic All-MAC recognition. Named a WCGA Scholastic All-American.
2019: Starter on vault (8 meets) and uneven parallel bars (12).Helped NIU to first MAC team title. Posted a NQS of 9.740 on uneven parallel bars and 9.575 on vault. Scored a career best 9.675 on vault to tie for second on the event at Southeast Missouri. Recorded eight scores of 9.700 or higher on bars and twice posted a season-high 9.775. Had five top five finishes on bars. Tied for second on the event at Western Michigan. Scored a 9.700 on bars at MAC Championships to count toward NIU’s winning total. Named to the Academic All-State team.
2018: Competed in the uneven bar lineup for the first time at Iowa State. Achieved her season high as an exhibition scoring a 9.800 on the uneven bars against Bowling Green.
2017: Competed in three competitions as an exhibition gymnasts. She competed against Lindenwood, Iowa and Western Michigan (Jan. 8), Ball State (Jan. 15) and Kent State and Southeast Missouri State (Jan. 29).
Prep: Trained at AGA Gymnastics in Flint, Mich. and competed as a level 10 gymnast for three year. Missed the 2015 season due to an ankle injury. Her club team awarded her the hardest working award during the 2015, 2014 and 2012. She was also awarded the most improved award during 2013 season. Helped team win first place at the USAG Nationals during freshman season as well as an individual second place at Regionals and third at state. As a sophomore Martucci earned first at Regionals and second at State, and as a senior, she finished fourth at Regionals with 9.400 and State with 9.450.
Personal: Born November 27, 1998 in Michigan. Daughter of Norm and Janis Martucci. Sister Anna Martucci was also a member of the NIU Gymnastics team.
