2017-18: Indoor – Competed in the high jump at seven meets … Won three competitions, including the Blue & Gold Invitational (Dec. 1) with a season-best jump of 1.75m … Also won the Orange & Blue Open (Feb. 17) with a jump of 1.68m and the Black & Gold Premier (Jan. 27) with a jump of 1.68m … Finished fourth at the MAC Championships (Feb. 24) with a jump of 1.67m. Outdoor – Competed in the high jump and triple jump … Won the high jump at the Huskie Classic (May 4) with a season-best jump of 1.70m … Tied for second in the high jump at the MAC Championships (May 12) with a mark of 1.64m … Had two other top-five finishes in the high jump, tying for third at the Michael Johnson Invitational (April 21) and finishing fifth at the UTA Invitational (March 24) … Finished sixth in the triple jump at the Michael Johnson Invitational (April 21) with a season-best jump of 11.87m. 

2016-17: Indoor- Palmer competed in five meets for the Huskies performing in the high jump and triple jump...At the Illini Classic (1/14), she competed in the high jump at a leap of 1.74 meters...She came in second place at the Gene Edmonds (1/7) with a leap of 1.71 meters in high jump...She set a personal best at the Fred Wilt (1/28) with a leap of 11.50 meters in the triple jump, placing first...Another first place win was accomplished in triple jump at the Illinois Dual (12/3) at a leap of 11.27 meters...Palmer earn Academic All-MAC honors during her indoor season. Outdoor- Palmer competed in seven meets for the Huskies...During her outdoor season she earned Academic All-MAC accolades and MAC Field Athlete of the Week once...She set a personal best score and NIU School Record during the season in high jump...At the Drake Relays (4/29), she leaped 1.83 meters which put Palmer at first place...She competed in triple jump with a leap of 11.78 meters at the MAC Championship (5/13).

2015-16: Indoor- Competed in eight meets... Set the NIU school record in the high jump with a winning leap of 1.77 meters at the Illini Classic (1/16)... Scored 3.5 points for NIU at the MAC Championships (2/27) by tying for fifth in the high jump... Also won the high jump at the Blue & Gold Invite (12/4)... Recorded seven top-five finishes in the high jump and two more in the triple jump. Outdoor- Competed in jumps at six meets... Tied for seventh in the high jump at the MAC Championships (5/14)... Also placed 11th at MACs in the triple jump... Won the triple jump with a personal record mark of 12.03 meters at the Redbird Invitational (4/16)... Also won the high jump at the Lions Invitational (4/2) by clearing 1.69 meters... Recorded six top-five finishes.

2014-15: Indoor- Competed in the high jump at six indoor meets as a freshman...Won the Gene Edmonds Cup (1/10) and the Fred Wilt Invitational (2/14)...Automatically qualified for the MAC Championships after setting an indoor personal record of 1.70 meters and finishing second at the Orange & Blue Open (2/21)...At the MAC Championships (2/28), scored a point for NIU by finishing eighth with a mark of 1.68 meters. Outdoor- Participated at 11 meets for NIU during outdoor season...Scored five points for NIU at the MAC Championships (5/16) by finishing fourth in the high jump with a school-record-tying mark of 1.78 meters...Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round (5/29), where she cleared 1.73 meters and tied for 15th -- just missing a trip at nationals...Won the Billiken Kickoff (3/20) by clearing 1.68 meters and securing a berth at the MAC meet...Also competed in the triple jump at several meets, posting her best mark of 11.34 meters and finishing second at the Lions Invitational (4/25)...Tallied 10 top-five finishes through her first outdoor season in her two events.

High School:Competed in track & field at the St. Andrew High School for Girls in Kingston, Jamaica... Set the school record in the high jump a 1.8m effort at the Gibson Relays in February 2014, a personal best that would top the NIU school record if she could replicate or better it as a Huskie... Cleared 1.78m as a high school junior at the Penn Relays... Incredibly recorded a 1.7m high jump at age 14.
