2012-13: Indoor- Competed in all six of NIU[apos]s regular season meets... Set a new personal record in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.99 in the prelims of the Ball State Quadrangular (2/15), where she eventually finished fifth... Took fourth in the 60 hurdles at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/19) with a finals time of 9.04... Posted a season-best 59.71 clip in the 400 meters at the Indiana Relays (1/26)... Earned a 10th place finish in the 300 meters at the Cyclone Holiday Preview (12/7).Outdoor- Ran in all seven meets NIU competed, primarily competing in the 400 hurdles and the 4x400 relay... Contributed in NIU[apos]s top two 4x400 relay times on the season as the team[apos]s first leg... Helped NIU win the 4x400 relay at the Huskie Open (4/20)... Recorded a season-best 400 hurdles time of 1:03.12 at the MAC Championships (5/10)... Notched a second place finish in the 400 hurdles at the West Chester Last Chance Qualifier (4/26), along with third place showings at the Huskie Open (4/20) and the Chicagoland Championships (4/6).

2011-12: Indoor- Ran the second leg of NIU[apos]s school record-setting 4x400 relay at the Iowa State Classic (2/11), locking in at 3:47.74... Ran the fastest 600 yards time of the indoor season for the Huskies with a 1:25.02 clip... Took five top five finishes at four different meets... Highest finish was a second-place showing in the 600 yards at the Iowa State Classic (2/10)... Set PRs in the 400 meters (58.30), 600 yards (1:25.02) and 600 meters (1:38.92)... Earned Academic All-MAC recognition with a 4.0 GPA. Outdoor- Ran in seven meets during the outdoor season, competing primarily in the 400 hurdles... Also spent time on NIU[apos]s second 4x400 relay team... Registered a season-best time of 1:03.29 at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (3/17) to take fifth place... Posted a season-best second place showing at the UW-Whitewater Alternative Meet (4/28), crossing the finish line with a 1:03.77 mark... Finished in third place at the Chicagoland Championships (4/6) and the Lee Calhoun Memorial Invitational (4/14)... Qualified for the Texas Relays (3/29), Kansas Relays (4/20) and MAC Championships (5/11) in the 400 hurdles.

2010-11: Indoor-Ran a personal-best time of 1.00.18 in the 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) ... raced to a time of 9.08 in the 60-meter dash at the Eastern Illinois Invite (12/11), placing sixth ... earned a second-place finish at the Ball State Quadrangular (2/18) in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.24 ... assisted in the distance medley relay that recorded a time of 12:35.34 at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) to finish 13th... recorded a time of 1.01.65 in the 400-meter dash at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/25). Outdoor-Placed 1st in the 400-meter hurdles at the Point Loma Nazarene Invitational (3/12) with a new personal-best race time of 1:03.60 ... took 4th in the 100-meter hurdles clocking a new personal-best of 14.85 ... placed first in the 400-meter hurdles at the Viking Olympics (3/26) with a time of 1:06.31 ... contributed to the 4x400 meter relay team[apos]s first place finish clocking in at 4:03.15 ... took a fifth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/09/11) clocking in at 1:03.99 ... assisted in the 4x400-meter relay clocking in at 3:58.11 with a fifth-place finish ... placed 18th in the 400-meter hurdles with a time 1.03.87 at the Tennessee Sea Ray Relays (4/16) ... contributed to the first-place finish of the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3.58.08 at the Huskie Open (4/23) ... earned eighth-place in the 400-meter hurdles at the MAC Championships with a time of 1:03.66 (5/14)... named to the Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC Team with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

2009-10: Indoor- Raced to a personal-best performance in the 400-meters at the Eastern Illinois Early Bird Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 1:00.78 ... raced to a first-place finish (1:41.89) in the 600-meters at the Tadd Metzger Invitational ... ran a season-best time of 1:30.18 in the 600-meters at the Iowa State Classic ... finished the 800-meter run at the Ball State Quadrangular in a personal-best time of 2:26.83. Outdoor- Set a personal-best at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/14) in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.76 finishing seventh... was a part of the eighth-placed 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Outdoor Championships that ran a time of 3:49.78... ran a leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that ran a time of 9:28.28 at the Drake Invite (5/23) to finish 13th.

High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner in track and field ... named her team[apos]s most valuable runner her freshman and sophomore years ... member of the all-conference first team as a freshman ... holds the OTFA Under 17 record in the 50m hurdles at 7.53 and the Royal Canadian Legion under-15 record in the 300m hurdles at 43.73 ... graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA while being an Ontario Scholar and a member of the honor roll from 2005-2009.
