Indoor: First Team All-MAC honoree … Ran on NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:50.19 (Feb. 25) … Ran a season-best time of 25.50 seconds in the 200 meters at the Badger Invitational (Feb. 17), finishing fifth … Ran a season-best time of 56.31 seconds in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10), finishing 10th … Finished second in the 400 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Jan. 20) with a time of 57.65 seconds. 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 57.24 seconds in the 400 meters at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 18), finishing seventh. 

2021-22
Indoor: Finished eighth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26) in 56.31 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 56.02 seconds in the 400 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11), finishing fifth … Had a season-best time of 24.74 seconds in the 200 at the MAC Championships (Feb. 25), finishing 10th … Won the 200 at the Illini Invitational (Jan. 22) with a time of 25.27 seconds … Finished second in the 400 at the Bob Eubanks Open (Jan. 15) with a time of 56.92 seconds. 
Outdoor: Part of NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay (3:40.85) … Finished second in the 400 at the MAC Championships (May 14) with a season-best, school record time of 54.24 seconds … Won the 100 meters at the Redbird Invite (April 2) with a time of 12.18 seconds, running a season-best time of 12.01 seconds in the preliminary round … Finished second in the 400 at the Illini Classic (April 9) with a time of 55.48 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 24.52 seconds in the 200 meters at the Tom Jones Memorial (April 15). 

2020-21
Indoor: Helped NIU win its first MAC team championship … Member of NIU’s second place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships … Finished fourth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships in 57.05 seconds (Feb. 27) … Finished 10th in the 200 meters with a time of 25.23 at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26) … Ran a season-best time of 24.76 seconds to win the 200 meters at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown (Feb. 6) … Ran a season-best time of 56.28 seconds to win the 400 meters at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown (Feb. 6). 
Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 200 meters at the MAC Championship in a time of 56.97 seconds (May 7) … Member of NIU’s third place 4x100-meter relay and third place 4x400-meter relay at the MAC Championships … Ran a season-best time of 56.54 seconds in the 200 meters at the Redbird Invitational, finishing second (April 2) … Won the 200 meters at the EIU Big Blue Classic in a season-best time of 24.66 seconds (April 9).  

2019-20
Indoor: Earned Second Team All-MAC honors in the 4x400-meter relay … Finished eighth in the 200 meters at the MAC Championship (Feb. 29) with a time of 24.90 seconds … Won the 200 meters at the Bill Clinger Classic (Jan. 17) with a time of 24.99 seconds … Won the 400 meters at the John Gartland Invitational (Jan. 25) with a season-best time of 56.54 seconds … Had a season-best time of 7.82 seconds in the 60 meters at the Bill Clinger Classic (Jan. 17), finishing third.
