Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Part of NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay (3:40.85) … Academic All-MAC Honoree … Ran a season-best time of 56.69 second in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) … Finished fifth in the 400 at the Musco Twilight (April 23) with a time of 56.89 seconds … Claimed eighth in the 400 at the Illini Classic (April 9) with a time of 57.90 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 26.18 seconds in the 200 at the Redbird Invite (April 2), finishing ninth. 

2020-21
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win its first MAC team championship … Member of NIU’s second place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships … Finished sixth in the 400 meters in 57.40 seconds at the MAC Championships (Feb. 27) … Ran a season-best time of 56.65 seconds in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12) … Ran a season-best time of 25.48 seconds in the 200 at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown (Feb. 6). 
Outdoor: Named to the Academic All-MAC Team ... Finished 10th in the 400 meters at the MAC Championship in a season-best time of 56.22 seconds (May 7) … Member of NIU’s third place 4x100-meter relay and third place 4x400-meter relay at the MAC Championships … Won the 400 meters at the Redbird Invitational in a time of 56.33 seconds (April 2) … Finished 10th in the 400 at the Drake Relays in 56.39 seconds (April 23) … Had a season-best time of 25.48 seconds in the 200 meters at the Bobcat Invitational (March 27). 

2019-20
Indoor: Earned Second Team All-MAC honors in the 4x400-meter relay … Named MAC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete …Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Finished ninth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championship (Feb. 28) with a time of 55.94 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 55.72 seconds in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14) … Ran a season-best time of 25.11 seconds in the 200 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14) … Finished third in the 200 meters at the John Gartland Invitational (Jan. 25) with a time of 25.83 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 8.00 seconds in the 60 meters at the Fred Wilt Open (Dec. 7). 

2018-19
Indoor: Finished 13th in the 400-meter dash at the MAC Championships (Feb. 22) with a season-best time of 56.73 … Finished seventh in the 400 meters at the Gene Edmonds Invitational (Jan. 12) with a time of 59.35 seconds … Had a season-best time of 26.06 seconds in the 200 meters at the GVSU Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 19), finishing eighth … Ran a season-best time of 1:36.32 to finish first in the 600 meters at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 7) … A part of NIU’s fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships (Feb. 23) with a time of 3:44.93.
Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (May 11) with a season-best time of 55.81 seconds … A member of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships (May 11) that finished with a time of 3:44.01 … Part of NIU’s seventh-place 4x100-meter relay team (46.78) at the MAC Championships (May 11) … Finished second in the 400 meters at the Gibson Invitational (April 6) with a time of 55.82 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 24.89 seconds in the 200 meters at the Bobcat Invitational (March 30) … Won the 200-meter dash at the NIU Huskie Classic (May 3) with a time of 25.23 seconds.
