Cross Country: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best 4K time of 16:07.5 at the Western Illinois Alumni Invitational (Sept. 1), finishing 19th … Ran a season-best 6K time of 25:38.5 at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 15). 
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 5:28.79 in the mile at the Cyclone Open (Jan. 19) … Finished sixth in the mile at the Redbird Tune-Up (Feb. 16) in 5:32.84 … Ran 11:12.08 in the 3,000 meters at the Hawkeye Invite (Jan. 13), finishing third. 
Outdoor: Earned Academic All-MAC recognition … Ran a season-best time of 5:01.77 in the 1,500 meters at the Redbird Challenge (March 30) … Finished ninth in the 1,500 at the Cougar Classic (April 13) with a time of 5:03.06. 

2002-23
Cross Country: Did not compete. 
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 11:06.52 in the 3,000 meters at the Badger Invitational (Feb. 17), finishing fifth. 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 19:09.43 in the 5,000 meters at the Fighting Illini Challenge (April 8).
