Indoor: Garnered Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best time of 57.28 seconds in the 400 meters at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23), finishing 12th … Ran a season-best time of 25.80 seconds in the 200 meters at the Cyclone Open (Jan. 19), finishing ninth … Won the 200 meters at the Redbird Tune-Up (Feb. 16) in 26.19 seconds … Finished fourth in the 400 meters at the Cyclone Open (Jan. 19) in 57.79 seconds … Finished sixth in both the 200 and 400 meters at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Dec. 1), running 25.91 in the 200 and 57.71 in the 400.
Outdoor: Earned Academic All-MAC recognition … Ran a season-best time of 56.93 seconds in the 400 meters at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (April 5) … Recorded a season-best time of 25.33 seconds in the 200 meters at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (April 5) … Finished 16th in the 400 meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 10) with a time of 57.31 … Part of NIU’s fifth-place 4x400-meter relay at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 11) that ran 3:47.20.

Indoor: First Team All-MAC honoree … Ran on NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:50.19 (Feb. 25) … Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best time of 57.76 seconds in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10), finishing second … Ran a season-best time of 26.24 seconds in the 200 meters at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Jan.20) … Finished second in the 400 meters at the Badger Invitational (Feb. 17) with a time of 58.47 seconds. 
Outdoor: Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team … Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran on NIU’s third place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships (May 13) that posted a time of 3:41.91 … Finished eighth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) with a time of 57.57 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 56.40 seconds in the 400 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational (April 22) … Ran a season-best time of 25.66 seconds in the 200 meters at the Huskie Classic (May 6), finishing sixth. 

2021-22
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 57.46 seconds in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11) … Finished second in the 400 at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 18) with a time of 58.90 seconds … Had a season-best time of 25.79 seconds in the 200 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11). 
Outdoor: Part of NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay (3:40.85) … Ran a season-best time of 56.48 seconds in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) … Won the 400 meters at the Redbird Invite (April 2) with a time of 57.63 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 25.75 seconds in the 200 at the Illini Classic (April 9), finishing fourth.
