Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 7.67 seconds in the 60 meters at the Redbird Tune-Up (Feb. 16), finishing second … Recorded a season-best time of 24.54 seconds in the 200 meters twice, at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Dec. 1), finishing third, and at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3), finishing fifth … Finished second in the 60 meters at the ONU Invite (Jan. 26) with a time of 7.78 seconds.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 25.07 seconds in the 200 meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 10), finishing 21st … Recorded a season-best time of 12.15 seconds in the 100 metes at the Fighting Illini Tune-Up (May 4), finishing fourth … Ran on NIU’s 4x100-meter relay team at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 11), helping the Huskies post a time of 46.80 seconds, finishing 10th.

2002-23
Indoor: Finished third in the 200 meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 24.35 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 24.34 in the 200 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10) … Ran a season-best time of 7.62 seconds in the 100 meters during the preliminary round at the MAC Championships (Feb. 24) … Won the 200 meters at the Coughlan/Malloy Cup (Jan. 14) with a time of 25.13 seconds … Finished second in the 200 meters at the Blue and Gold Invitational (Dec. 2) in a time of 24.61 seconds. 
Outdoor: Second Team All-MAC honoree … Won the 100 meters at the Huskie Classic (May 6) with a school record time of 11.41 seconds … Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary in the 100-meter dash, finishing 48th in a time of 11.98 seconds … Finished second in the 200 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) with a season-best time of 23.76 seconds … Finished fifth in the 100 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) with a time of 11.88 seconds … Ran on NIU’s second place 4x100-meter relay team at the MAC Championships (May 13) that posted a time of 45.10 seconds … Named MAC Track Athlete of the Week on May 10 after running 11.41 a school record 11.41 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the Huskie Classic … Finished second in the 200 meters at the Fighting Illini Challenge (April 8) with a time of 24.02 seconds. 

2021-22
Indoor: Finished fourth in the 200-meter dash at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26) with a season-best time of 24.31 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 7.66 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 4) … Finished second in the 60 meters at the Bob Eubanks Open (Jan. 15) with a time of 7.68 seconds … Also finished second in the 60 meters at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 18) in 7.79 seconds.  
Outdoor: Won the 200 meters at the MAC Championships (May 14) with a season-best time of 23.46 seconds … Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary (May 26) in the 200 meters, running a time of 23.71 seconds  … Finished fourth in the 100 meters at the MAC Championships (May 14) in 11.64 seconds, ran a season-best time of 11.62 in the preliminaries (May 13) … Took third in the 200 at the Redbird Invite (April 2) in 25.43 seconds … Finished second in the 100 meters at the Illini Classic (April 9) in 12.05 seconds … Finished fifth in the 100 at the Musco Twilight (April 23) with a time of 11.66 seconds.

2020-21
Indoor: Helped NIU win its first MAC team championship … Finished third in the 200-meter dash at the MAC Championship with a season-best time of 24.93 (Feb. 27) … Ran a season-best time of 7.77 seconds in the 60 meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26). 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 12.28 seconds in the 100 meters at the Texas Relays (March 26) … Posted a season-best time of 25.32 seconds at the Bobcat Invitational (March 27).
