2015-16: Indoor- Competed in one meet...Finished second in the shot put at the Blue & Gold Invite (12/4), her best finish of the indoor season.

2014-15: Indoor- Participated in all eight meets...Scored points in the shot put for NIU at the MAC Championships (2/28) with a personal record heave of 14.34 meters to take fifth...Won the shot put at the Orange & Blue Classic (2/21) after a throw of 14.22...Finished in the top 10 of the shot put in seven meets with three top fives...Also competed in the weight throw twice, setting a PR of 12.73m at the Illini Classic (1/17). Outdoor- Threw the shot put and discus at nine meets each...Earned a medal and scored six points for NIU at the MAC Championships (5/15) after taking third place in the discus thanks to a personal record throw of 49.94 meters...Also set a shot put PR at the MAC Championships (5/16) with a heave of 14.12...Won the discus at the Lions Invitational (4/25) and took gold in the shot put at the Billiken Kickoff (3/21) to start the season...Finished the 2015 outdoor season with a total of 13 top-10s and 10 top-fives in her two throwing events.

2013-14: Indoor-Competed in the shot put in all seven weeks... Secured a spot in the MAC Championships with a toss of 44-04.00 (13.51m) at the Fred Wilk Boilermaker Invitational (2/15), earning a season-high fifth-place finish in the process... Finished second at the Ball State Quadrangular (2/21) with a toss of 43-05.00 (13.23m)... Threw 43-07.00 (13.28m) at the Indiana Relays (1/31) en route to a 21st-place finish... Also took a fifth-place finish at the Laker Early Bird (12/6) with a mark of 42-08.75 (13.02m). Outdoor-Threw at seven meets... Qualified for the MAC Championships (5/15-17) in the shot put and discus... Set a new personal record in the shot put at the conference meet with a toss of 45-00.25 (13.72m), placing 11th... Posted a then-discus PR at the Penn Relays (4/24), throwing 154-07 (47.11m) to claim seventh... Earned her first outdoor event title at the Blue Demon Invitational (4/19) in the shot put, reaching 44-04.25 (13.51m)... Finished second or third on five different occasions, including second-place showings at the Cougar Classic (3/22) in the shot put, Blue Demon Invitational (4/19) in the discus and Lions Invitational (4/26) in the discus.

High School:Four-time all-state, all-area and all-conference honoree at Blue Springs High School... Finished her career at BSHS by finishing second at state in the discus and fourth in the shot put... Won conference, district and sectional championships in the discus... Claimed the Kansas City Suburban Gold Conference and district title in the discus... Set personal records in the discus (145-01) and shot put (43-06.75) her senior year with the Wildcats... Earned a spot in the Mo-Kan All-Star Track Meet, where she won both the shot put and discus... Helped Blue Springs place second as a team at the Missouri state track meet, the highest finish in school history... Captured conference and district crowns as a junior in both the discus and shot put, while finishing sixth and third, repsectively, at the state meet... Earned her first career trip to state as a sophomore, finishing 12th in the discus... Earned all-conference honors with the BSHS basketball team after helping guide the Wildcats to the state championship game in 2013... Participated in seven state championships - four basketball, three track a field - in her career.

Personal:Born July 25, 1995, in Moberly, Mo... Daughter of Donald and Diane the Bickham... Plans on majoring in communicative disorders... Volunteers with blood drives, Harvesters, Ronald McDonald House, and as a mentor at the local elementary and middle schools.
