Biography

2017-18: Finished the season at 6-18 at 165-pounds … Posted one dual win in major decision fashion against Noah Grover of Buffalo (Feb. 11), 9-1 … Went 3-2 en route to a sixth-place finish at the Eastern Michigan Open (Nov. 11) … Competed in nine of 11 duals this season … Wrestled in the Midlands Championships (Dec. 29) and got his hand raised once defeating Patrick Gerish of Maryland, 9-3 …  Awarded to the Academic All-MAC team.  

2016-17: Rounded out his redshirt sophomore season with a 4-7 record and 10-18 overall record…Competed in four duals at 165-pounds…Had a 3-2 record at the Michigan State Open (11/20) to place fourth with a pin in one minute and thirteen seconds.

2015-16: Finished with a 6-11 record at 157 and 165 pounds…Competed in eight duals for the Huskies, defeating Michael Morris of Bloomsburg (11/7) by decision…Won multiple matches at both the Michigan State Open (11/15) and the Lindenwood Open (11/21)…Four of his wins came via pin.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in wrestling at Holly High School...Twice earned all-state honors in Michigan's Division 2, finishing fifth in 2013 and seventh in 2014...Three-time league and district champion...2014 regional title winner...Also played football.

Personal: Born April 14, 1996...Son of Andrew and Cari Scott...His brother, Shawn, is currently a wrestler at NIU who qualified three times for the NCAA Championships...Electrical engineering major.
