2015-16: Did not wrestle competitively.

2014-15: Redshirted as a true freshman... Went 20-10 in open tournaments during the year... Ranked second on the team with 13 pins... Won 14 of 16 matches from Jan. 10 to Feb. 7... Took first place at the "Flash" Flanagan Open (1/10), picking up a technical fall and a pin... Ended the year with a first-place performance at the Harper Open (2/7)... Pinned each of his first two opponents at Harper before winning the final via forfeit... Finished in third place at the Alma Open (1/24) with a 4-1 record... Took third at the Duhawk Open (1/31) with a 3-2 ledger... Went 2-2 at both the EMU Open (11/15) and the Joe Parisi Open (11/22).

High School: Four-time conference, three-time district and two-time state champion at Pacific High School... Finished his career with a 203-15 record and 155 pins with the Indians... Named to the all-conference team all four years, in addition to earning team MVP three times and all-state twice... Holds the school record in career wins, pins and team points... Went 58-0 with 48 pins at 170 as a senior en route to capturing conference, district and conference tournament titles... Won all four matches via pin at the 2014 Missouri state tournament... Set single-season school records in wins, pins and team points in 2013-14... Helped PHS win the Four Rivers Conference team title as a junior and senior... Placed third at the state tournament as a sophomore at 145 pounds... Won the conference title at 145 pounds as a freshman... Took fifth place and All-American honors at the NHSCA Senior Nationals in 2014 and the NHSCA Freshman Nationals in 2011.
