2016-17: Recorded a 3-3 record on the season…had his hand raised at the Purdue Duals (11/13) against DJ Smith of UInday at 125-pounds…Upset No. 18 Noah Gonser (EMU) by pin in three minutes and 31 seconds…Defeated Travis Piotroski of Illinois in a 4-1 decision…Improved his career record to 13-8 as a Huskie.

2015-16: Posted a 10-5 record wrestling unattached at 125 pounds as a true freshman…Advanced to the final of the Flash Flanagan Open (1/30)…Also won five matches at the Eastern Michigan Open (11/7) in his collegiate debut to finish seventh…Picked up three wins at the Lindenwood Open (11/21) as well.

High School: Two-time all-state and all-conference honoree at Glenbard North High School...Posted an 88-7 record as a junior and a senior with the Panthers...Won the conference and state titles at 106 pounds as a senior, winning all-state and all-conference honors in the process...Led the team with 37 pins in 2014-15...Helped GNHS place third as a team at the state dual tournament...Picked up all-state and all-conference honors as a junior after going 39-5...Took third at the state tournament in 2013-14...Won the FILA Junior Freestyle Championship as a junior...Also took top honors at the Junior Freestyle Championships and placed multiple times at the Cadet Nationals.
