2024-25: Posted a record of 3-6 this season….Had one win via fall….Claimed wins at the Midlands Championship over Indiana and Princeton…Had a three-match win streak in December  

2023-24: Named MAC West Wrestler of the Week on Nov. 20…..Went 12-7 on the season….Was undefeated in dual competition (5-0)…..Started the first five duals of the season for the Huskies at 149 pounds…..Had two separate three-match win streaks…..Recorded three wins by major decision and three wins by fall….Had a single win by technical fall…..Placed seventh at the Cougar Clash…..Placed second at the Harper Open

Prior to NIU: Spent one season at North Carolina State (2022-23), where he posted a 4-1 record. 

High School: Four-year letterwinner at DeKalb High School … Won a state championship his senior season at DeKalb … Finished as state runner-up as a sophomore and junior and finished fifth at the state meet as a freshman … Won a Pan Am Championship in Greco and a bronze in freestyle … Two-time Fargo All-American and a Donnybrook Champion.  

Personal: Son of John Curran and Adriana Armenta … His twin brother, Danny, is also a member of the NIU wrestling team.
