DeKALB, Ill. - Northern Illinois' contest against Northern Iowa scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at Ralph McKinzie Field has been postponed. No makeup date has been announced.

The Huskies and Panthers were to square off at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday's contest was called off because of unplayable conditions associated with expected temperatures in the mid 30's and high winds of 25-30 mph forecasted for the DeKalb area.

NIU is next in action at Kent State this weekend.
