On Senior Night, the NIU seniors solidified their status as the second-winningest senior class in program history with their 43rd victory (2011-14). The 19 members of NIU's senior class are now 43-9 for a winning percentage of .827.

The NIU seniors have won 21 games at Huskie Stadium (21-1 overall). The senior class has never lost to Toledo or Ball State.

The Huskies have won five games straight against Toledo.

NIU improved its record to 32-0 when rushing the ball 45 times-or-more in a game since 2010. The Huskies totaled 46 rushes.

Da'Ron Brown caught a career-long 64-yard touchdown pass to start the Huskies' scoring. Brown's catch came on a season-long completion for Drew Hare. Brown's TD catch was his sixth of the season and his first since the Miami game (Oct. 18). He has 19 career TD catches, which moves him up to sixth on the NIU career chart for touchdown receptions.

Da'Ron Brown passed the 2,000 yard mark in career receiving yards on his 64-yard touchdown. Brown is the sixth NIU receiver all-time to surpass 2,000 career receiving yards.

Da'Ron Brown ran for 61 yards in the third quarter to post the longest non-scoring run by a Huskie this year. Brown's run was also his career long.

Dwight Macon's 69-yard touchdown pass was the longest of the season by an NIU opponent.

Aregeros Turner recorded a career-long 39-yard catch in the second quarter and his 4 catches for 59 yards Tuesday marked the most in his NIU career. He recorded three first down receptions, including catches on third and fourth down.

NIU freshman kicker Christian Hagan went 2-for-2 on field goals Tuesday to record the first field goals of his NIU career.

Senior tailback Cameron Stingily scored a rushing touchdown for the fourth straight game and had multiple rushing scores for the third consecutive contest. He scored on a four-yard run in the third quarter and a two-yard run in the fourth. Stingily recorded his 10th rushing TD of the season and the 19th of his career.

Stingily entered NIU's Top 20 in career rushing yards with his 84-yard performance, placing him 19th all-time for the Huskies with 1,830 yards in his career.

Jason Meehan's third-quarter sack gave him seven for the season and 14 for his career, moving him onto the NIU career Top 10 list for quarterback sacks. Meehan now ranks tied for 10th.

Paris Logan broke up his 11th pass of the season Tuesday night, moving him up to seventh all-time at NIU for most breakups in a season, tying him with former Huskie Jimmie Ward (2010-13).

NIU has now won 41 of its last 42 games when holding its opponents to 24 points or less.

The Huskies are 32-0 when rushing the ball 45 times or more in a game.
