NIU to Host Alumni Day Activities on Saturday
The NIU men's basketball program will hold its annual Alumni Day festivities on Saturday in conjunction with the game against Eastern Michigan. Over three dozen Huskie basketball alums are expected to be in attendance, featuring many fan favorites from throughout the years such as Kenny Battle, Jay Bryant, Matt Hicks, Allen Rayhorn and Donald Whiteside. NIU will also honor the legacy of the winningest coach in program history, John McDougal, in a
halftime ceremony.Â

Aaric Armstead currently has 139 career steals, third all-time in school history. Armstead also has 1,115 career points, currently ranked 20th in school history in scoring, 19 points behind Jim Bradley (1971-73) for 19th all-time. Â Â
