DeKALB, Ill. – Single game tickets to all six Northern Illinois University football home games are now on sale through the NIU Athletics Ticket Office in the NIU Convocation Center, online at NIUHuskies.com or by calling 815-753-PACK (7225). 
 
NIU, which held its first practice of preseason training camp this morning at Huskie Stadium, welcomes Boston College to Brigham Field to open the season.  The game, which kicks off at 8:30 p.m. (CT) on Friday, Sept. 1, marks the first visit by an Atlantic Coast Conference team to DeKalb since 2003, when the Huskies defeated Maryland in a historic season-opening win.  The Boston College game will be NIU's "Black Out" game with all fans encouraged to wear Black and help the Huskies #BlackOutBC.
 
Single game tickets to the Boston College, Eastern Illinois (Sept. 9) and 111^th Homecoming game versus Kent State (Oct. 7) are $30 each for tickets on the West Side and $20 for East Side tickets.  For the final three #MACtion midweek games on Thursday, October 26 versus Eastern Michigan, Thursday, Nov. 9 versus Ball State and Wednesday, Nov. 15 versus Western Michigan, single game tickets are priced at $20 (West) and $10 (East).
 
Of course, for the best value, consider purchasing a Family Pack which includes four tickets to every game for just $199, or just $8.29 per ticket.  Upgrade to the $299 Family Pack with even better seat locations and pay just $12.46 per ticket for EVERY game.  Both Family Packs offer the same four reserved seats for every game and all season ticket member benefits, including invitations to special events, the season ticket member gift and more.   
 
Fans can also select from two different three-game mini-plans and pay just $40 to see the Huskies battle Boston College, Ball State in the Bronze Stalk game and Western Michigan for Senior Day with the Black Mini-Plan. Choose the Red Mini-Plan and catch NIU versus Eastern Illinois, Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan.  At just $40 for all three games in either plan, the per ticket breakdown comes to just $13.33.
