DEKALB, Ill. – Northern Illinois University women's soccer head coach Julie Colholff announced the addition of Kaitlin Gahagan (St. Charles, Ill./St. Charles East) to NIU's 2020 recruiting class on Wednesday (May 27). Gahagan becomes the 14th member of the incoming class for the 2020 season.
"We are excited to welcome Kaitlin to the Huskie family," said Colhoff. "Her competitiveness and style of play make her a great fit for our incoming class. We're excited to see her come in this fall prepared to battle for playing time."
A defender, Gahagan joined Eclipse Select of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), based out of Oak Brook, Ill., in 2019 following a move to Chicagoland. She was slated to play her senior year at St. Charles East High School this spring prior to its cancelation.
