DeKALB, Ill. – Do you have ideas on how to help make the game day experience at Northern Illinois University athletics events more enjoyable for fans? Can you contribute time and energy to helping provide a championship level experience? Are you willing to assist with outreach efforts and help grow Huskie Nation? Or do you know an individual who can make a difference?
NIU Athletics is seeking motivated and engaged fans to provide insight and more as volunteers on the newly reconstituted Huskie Fan Advisory Board. The Board will meet quarterly with NIU Athletics administrators and participate in revenue generation and game day experience initiatives. Fans can apply or nominate an individual.

Applications are open to all with the goal to select a board with representation from current and former season ticket members, alumni, current NIU students, faculty and staff, donors, former and current student-athletes, members of the business and local community or anyone with an interest in helping NIU Athletics to grow and move forward.
Originated in 2017, the Huskie Fan Advisory Board is being reactivated after a dormant period caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Football season ticket prices for NIU's six-game home schedule in 2023 are on sale now, beginning from as little as $97 annually for general admission (East Side) tickets with payment plans still available. Reserved seat pricing on the West Side is $144 (sections A, B, F) and $162 (sections C, D, E) annually. Through the new Build Your Membership plan, NIU fans can customize their game day experience by adding parking, hospitality passes and more to their season ticket orders on an a la carte basis. NIU fans can still purchase tickets to the road games at Boston College and at Nebraska through the Huskie Ticket Office. Ticket price for the game at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Mass. is $20 while Nebraska game tickets are $55 each. Click here to purchase tickets now. Tickets can be mailed for a $5 fee. They can be picked up at the Huskie Athletics Ticket Office in the NIU Convocation Center beginning three weeks prior to the game until the Thursday before the game, or at the stadium on game day.
