Men's Tennis: The Huskies took on 
No.                        30 Drake on Friday, losing 4-3. The Huskies started off strong in this                        one, claiming the doubles point for an early 1-0 edge. The rest of the                        match was back-and-forth battle, resulting in NIU falling just short. The                        Huskies will host a doubleheader on Friday against IPFW and Chicago                        State.                         
                            
                        
                                                    Men's Basketball: Northern Illinois has played                            three games over the last week, dropping them all. On Wednesday,                            January 15, the Huskies took on Kent State. The game went to overtime,                            the first of its kind of the 2013-14 season, but 
NIU                            fell 73-64. On Saturday, January 18, NIU faced Ohio. 
This                            one ended 65-46 in favor of Ohio. On Wednesday, January 22,                            The 
Huskies                            travelled to Toledo, dropping the affair 70-68.                                                     Track & Field: NIU travelled to its first event of                            the new year, the Illini Classic. The 
Huskies                            finished third at the event overall out of 10 teams. Next up                            for the Huskies is the Wisconsin Elite Invitational, held in Madison,                            Wis. on Saturday, January 25.Â
