NIU head coach Dave Doeren held his weekly press conference yesterday at the McCareins Auditorium to preview the Huskies' upcoming game with Buffalo. Joining Doeren were running back Akeem Daniels, cornerback Marckie Hayes and linebacker Victor Jacques. Two topics that came up were Northern Illinois' impressive winning streak at Huskie Stadium, which the Chicago Tribune's Fred Mitchell discusses in his story in today's paper, while Steve Nitz writes about NIU's propensity for fourth-quarter comebacks in today's edition of the Daily Chronicle.
