NIU Softball Team to Hold Walk-On Tryouts

DEKALB, Ill. –The Northern Illinois University softball team will be holding walk-on tryouts from 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Mary M. Field.

Interested students should bring their own glove, cleats, sneakers, bat, helmet, batting gloves and anything else needed to compete. Future Huskies need to be cleared through compliance to be eligible. Fill out the form above and complete it prior to September 12.

The 2013 NIU softball team finished 27-31 overall and 14-8 in Mid-American Conference play and played in the championship game of the 2013 MAC Softball Tournament.
