***NIU won its 22nd consecutive November game dating back to Nov. 27, 2009 (a 45-31 loss to Central Michigan). The streak includes the 2012 MAC Championship game played on Nov. 30.
***NIU extended its home winning streak to seven games and the Huskies have won 35 of their last 36 games at home.

***Jordan Huff had an 87-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to record the seventh-longest run in NIU history and the longest since Jordan Lynch had an 88-yard touchdown run versus Army on Sept. 15, 2012. Huff’s run was the longest by an NIU tailback since LeShon Johnson had a 92-yard rush versus Southern Illinois on Oct. 2, 1993.
***NIU junior Jordan Huff recorded his second 100-yard game of the season (and of his career) with 159 yards on eight carries. His yards were the most by a Huskie back this season.
***Joel Bouagnon scored his 18th touchdown of the season in the fourth quarter. Bouagnon has at least one rushing touchdown in eight straight games and in 10 of the Huskies’ 11 games this season.
***Kenny Golladay scored his eighth rushing touchdown of the season and surpassed the 1,000-yard mark in receiving yards in 2015. The Huskie junior is the eighth receiver in program history reach the plateau. Da’Ron Brown last accomplished the feat in 2014. NIU has never had a 1,000-yard receiver in consecutive seasons.
***NIU offensive linemen Aidan Conlon (OG) and Andrew Ness (C) each started their 53rd consecutive game tonight, leaving them one start short of Trevor Olson’s all-time Huskie record of 54 consecutive starts. Olson, a left tackle, made his starts between 2008 and 2011.
***Ryan Graham punted three times for 95 yards Wednesday, the first player other than punter Jake Ambrose to kick for NIU this year. The Huskies have pooch punted successfully with quarterbacks in the past.
***Albert Smalls had his first interception of the season and third of his career. Smalls’ interception was the 18th of the season by the NIU defense.
***Boomer Mays recorded a career-high 15 tackles, 12 solo, to lead all defenders in the game. He also accrued 0.5 sack, two pass break ups - both in the fourth quarter - and one quarterback hurry, that forced an incompletion in the red zone. Mays’ 15 stops surpassed his previous total of 11 versus Toledo on Nov. 20, 2013.
***Perez Ford also combined with Boomer Mays on a sack to raise his team-leading total to five sacks on the season.
***Senior defensive lineman Ben Compton had a career-night for the Huskies, making six stops – four solo – with two sacks for a loss of 14 yards. His tackle and sack total both set new career-highs. Compton entered the night with one sack in 2015 and 3.0 in his NIU career. His first sack – on a fourth down play - stopped WMU’s last drive of the second half and prevented a Broncos score.
***The NIU offense had two scoring drives over 90-yards in the second half, recording a 12-play, 93-yard drive in the third quarter and three play, 97-yard drive in the fourth. The Huskies second drive last 53 seconds, capped by a 53-yard reception by Kenny Golladay while the first last 3:43 and ended on a 12-yard run by Joel Bouagnon. The 97-yard drive was NIU’s second of the season and its first since Oct. 10 versus Ball State.
