Northern Illinois gets a little love from Tom Dienhart, Rivals.com Senior College Football Writer in his column reviewing/previewing the MAC. The Huskies earned the nod for best bowl performance for their 40-17 victory over Fresno State in the uDrove Humanitarian Bowl. He also calls Northern Illinois a "the bellwether program" of the MAC for its third straight bowl appearance.
