HUSKIES EARN No. 3 SEED AT MAC SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT

The Northern Illinois University softball team earned the No. 3 seed in the 2011 Mid-American Conference Softball Tournament at Firestone Stadium in Akron, Ohio. The Huskies (26-25, 13-7), who finished second in the MAC West, open the tournament against Central Michigan Wednesday, May 11 at 6:30 p.m. Central Time.
