The Northern Illinois University football team conducted its 15th and final practice of the spring with the Huskies' Red-White scrimmage at Huskie Stadium Saturday afternoon. Quarterback Jordan Lynch starred as the Red squad defeated the White team, 31-6. Lynch eliminated any doubts Huskie fans had that he could succeed Chandler Harnish, throwing for 402 yards and four touchdowns.Â

Chicago Tribune, who has been breaking down the NFL Draft by position and

Mike Salerno is back home kicking for the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League. The Rush are off the a 4-0 start and Salerno is 1-1 on field goals, kicking a 16-yarder against Tampa Bay in the season opener. He also has 39 kickoffs to his credit. Salerno and the Rush travel to Georgia in search of a franchise best 5-0 start when they take on the Force Saturday.Â
