GOODYEAR, AZ – Senior

"When we look back, we were nine holes away from contending for a team title," said head coach

The senior moved five spots up the leaderboard Monday with a bogey-free round of 66, with four birdies and an eagle, for his best round as a Huskie. Mattas finished the tournament with a 54-hole score of nine-under par 207, two strokes behind the individual champion Roberto Nieves of Delaware, for his best career finish and 54-hole score.
