"Emma will add depth to our forward position," said Carlsen. She is a versatile player who can stretch the defense, has great experience and leadership skills and will be a good fit to out program's style and culture. We can't wait to get Emma on campus!"

A two-time First Team All-State selection, Carter led Mount Abraham Union High School to the Vermont Division II state championship in 2018. She was a 1,000-point scorer in high school and a four-time All-League honoree. Carter was also a Second Team All-State selection in soccer her senior year.
