Mikayla Voigt (Slinger, Wis./Kettle Moraine Lutheran) earned First Team Academic All-District® honors on Thursday as the College Sports Information Directors of America announced its 2018-19 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team.
"Mikayla epitomizes everything you want in a student-athlete," said head coach
Lisa Carlsen. "Her work ethic on the court and in the classroom is tremendous. She has been an outstanding leader for our program and a true role model for our younger players to emulate. I couldn't be happier for her and proud of what she's been able to accomplish to this point."
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the Google Cloud Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third team (if applicable) Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in mid-March.
