Ranks among all-time Top 40 NCAA Division I career scorers such as Mia Hamm (North Carolina), Kristine Killy (North Carolina), Tiffany Milbrett (Portland), Abby Wambach (Florida), and Danielle Fotopoulos (SMU / Florida). Starred at Northern Illinois when Huskies won back-to-back MAC regular season and tourney titles, plus produced combined 26-15-1 record (1997-98). Generated many NIU program "firsts"---initial (1) four-time all-league performer, (2) Academic All-America, (3) All-America, and (4) Academic All-America / All-America "double." Named First-Team CoSIDA Academic All-America and NSCAA Scholar-Athlete All-America with 3.83 cumulative gpa as senior. Selected Honorable Mention SoccerBuzz All-America, pus First-Team All-Region (1998). Tallied 15 goals and 11 assists on 14-7-0 unit (9-1-0 in Mid-Am) for head coach Frank Horvat. Tabbed MAC Player of Year, First-Team All-MAC, MAC All-Academic, and All-MAC Tournament (1998). Scored both goals (and match-winner at 141 minute mark) in 2-1 victory vs. host Ohio in Mid-Am tourney finale (11-8-98). Set up tying goal in 2-1 triumph vs. Bowling Green in MAC semis (11-6-98). Hit OT winner in 3-2 success vs. Iowa (10-25-98). Named NIU Outstanding Female Senior Athlete of Year. Collected 11 goals and 18 assists on 12-8-1 (6-1-0 in MAC) unit as junior.
