The 13th-leading scorer in NIU Women's Basketball history, Charmonique Stallworth scored 1,415 points during her four-year Huskie career. A member of three NCAA Tournament teams during her career at NIU (1993, '94 and '95), Stallworth holds the NIU record for field goals in a game with 19 made baskets against Milwaukee on March 2, 1996, scoring 40 points, one shy of the school single-game record.

As a freshman on NIU’s 24-win 1992-93 team that won the Mid-Continent Conference and advanced to the NCAA Tournament, Stallworth averaged 6.2 points per game while appearing in 29 games and was named to the MCC All-Newcomer Team. The next season, Stallworth started 29 games and increased her scoring output to 9.5 points per game as the Huskies again won the Mid-Continent Conference and reached the 1994 NCAA Tournament with a 24-6 record.

During her junior season in 1994-95, Stallworth averaged 15.1 points per game while shooting 50.4 percent from the field as she started all 30 contests. Stallworth was named to the Midwestern Collegiate Conference All-Tournament Team as the fourth-seeded Huskies won the conference tournament and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth consecutive season.

As a senior in 1995-96, Stallworth averaged 23.1 points, the second-highest single-season average in NIU history, and grabbed 7.8 rebounds per contest while earning First Team All-Midwestern Collegiate Conference honors.

Stallworth finished her career with a 51.4 percent shooting percentage, the eighth-best mark in NIU history.
